Cloud Nine Spain are located in Monte Mayor, Benahavis, and have a team of agents who support International Buyers on the Costa del Sol. Cloud Nine was the agency we worked with when we bought our home in Spain. They also have excellent video content that helps buyers understand the areas on the Coast, as well as a variety of topics to help foreign buyers understand the buying process.

Although we have never worked with Villas & Fincas, we are huge fans of their online content. They have over 25 years of experience representing primarily country properties throughout Andalusia, and are based in Casares. Be sure to follow them on Instagram as they bring stunning properties to market on a regular basis, and share them will excellent videos and photos.
Hi Homes Spain — hihomes.es
We also have never worked with Hi Homes, however we are also huge fans of their online content. The CEO and Founder Kian Bennani has a lifetime of experience on the Coast, and his team specializes more on the eastern Marbella markets. Their online market tours are especially useful as they bring a high energy and detailed overview, paired with excellent maps and location information to help people that are unfamiliar with the area, get a very good high level understanding of the ‘Lay of the Land.’
